2.1 These Conditions shall apply to all contracts for the sale of Goods by OK CBD to the Buyer to the exclusion of all other terms and conditions including any terms or conditions which the Buyer may purport to apply under any purchase order confirmation of order or similar document. These conditions will prevail over any other information supplied to the Buyer or displayed on our website.
2.2 All orders for Goods shall be deemed to be an offer by the Buyer to purchase Goods pursuant to these conditions.
2.3 The contract for sale of the Goods shall not be concluded until OK CBD has confirmed the order to the Buyer either by email, phone or fax.
2.4 Acceptance of delivery/collection of the Goods shall be deemed conclusive evidence of the Buyer’s acceptance of these conditions.
2.5 Any variation to these conditions (including any special terms and conditions agreed between the parties) shall be inapplicable unless agreed in writing by OK CBD

3.1 The price shall be the price set out in the order for the Goods.
3.3 We make every effort to ensure that the pricing displayed on our website is correct. However, if an error in the pricing of a product is found we reserve the right to either cancel your order or contact you to arrange payment of any extra sum due or refund any over-payment made by you (as applicable). We reserve the right to alter all product pricing without notice.
3.4 All prices include VAT (where applicable) at the current rates. We reserve the right to express the price exclusive of VAT, but we shall show VAT separately and include it in the total price.
3.5 Payment can be made by Visa, Delta, Solo and Mastercard. These payments will be processed by Sage Pay. We do not accept American Express. You may also make payment by cheque – please contact us for further information.
3.6 We may refuse in our discretion to accept an order:
(a) where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment;
(b) if there has been a pricing or product description error; or
(c) if you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions.
(d) where goods ordered by you are not available;
(e) if we do not deliver to your area;
Where we do not accept your order but have processed your payment, we will re-credit your account with any amount deducted by us from your debit or credit card as soon as possible, but in any event within 30 days of your order. We will not be obliged to pay any additional amount as compensation for disappointment.
3.7 Saved Card Terms
You may choose to save a payment card on your account for faster checkout. If you choose to do so, please read and consent to the following before saving your card details.
Saved Card Agreement
By choosing to store your card details, you consent to us taking payments for future purchases you make on this Website, from the specified payment card.
Your card details will be encrypted and saved securely by our payment gateway provider; SagePay. You can find more details about SagePay and their security credentials in section 3.7 of these terms & conditions.
Notification of Changes
If any changes are made to this consent agreement, we will notify you by email.
Agreement Term & Cancellation
The consent agreement will apply until such a time that the card details expire, or you remove your saved card details from your account. Card details can be deleted at any time from the ‘Payment Methods’ tab within you account. Doing so will end this agreement between Yourself & OK CBD.
3.8 Sage Pay
Our Payment Service Provider is Sage Pay (formerly Protx) – the largest independent payment service provider (PSP) in the UK and Ireland.
Sage Pay provides a secure payment gateway (Level 1 PCI DSS), processing payments for thousands of online businesses, including ours. It is Sage Pay’s utmost priority to ensure that transaction data is handled in a safe and secure way. Sage Pay uses a range secure methods such as fraud screening, I.P address blocking and 3D secure. Once on the Sage Pay systems, all sensitive data is secured using the same internationally recognised 256-bit encryption standards.
Sage Pay is PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) compliant to the highest level and maintains regular security audits. They are also regularly audited by the banks and banking authorities to ensure that their systems are impenetrable.
Sage Pay is an active member of the PCI Security Standards Council (PCI SSC) that defines card industry global regulation. In addition, you know that your session is in a secure encrypted environment when you see https:// in the web address, and/or when you see the locked padlock symbol alongside the URL, so when buying through our site, you can be sure that you are completely protected.
4.1 The quality and description of the Goods shall be as set out in the Order. We have taken care to describe and show items as accurately as possible. Despite this, slight variations in items may occur. 4.2 OK CBD may from time to time make changes in the specification of the Goods which are required to comply with any applicable safety or statutory requirements or which do not materially affect the quality or fitness for purpose of the Goods. Also, OK CBD do not warrant that the colour of the Goods will exactly match the colour shown on the website.
5.1 This Site and any products sold on this Site are intended for use by persons over the age of 18
6.1 OK CBD warrants that the Goods will at the time of delivery/collection correspond to the description given by the Seller (subject to the terms of clause 4.2).
6.2 Products purchased via this Site must only be used in accordance with the instructions provided with the products and/or on this Site. OK CBD accept no responsibility for damage, loss or injury caused by improper use of the products sold.
7.1 Should you change your mind about an item you have purchased from OK CBD, you have 14 calendar days from the day after the item is received to let us know you would like to return the item for a refund. Please return the item to us within 14 days in unopened/unused condition and we will issue a full refund. Please allow up to 14 days to receive the refund.
7.2 Items that are faulty or damaged on delivery must be reported to OK CBD within 30 days of receipt.
7.3 Items that have been dispatched incorrectly by OK CBD will be replaced and a prepaid returns label issued to return incorrectly sent items. You will be sent a link to print off a returns label. If the items you are returning exceed the accepted weight/size, please contact us to organise a courier collection.
8.1 OK CBD tongue drops are consumable items sold in sealed packaging and are not covered by a guarantee.
8.2 The guarantee is subject to the following provisions:
8.2.1 The Guarantee is only valid within the boundaries of the country of purchase.
8.2.2 The product must be correctly operated in accordance with the instructions provided with the product and within the information sections of this website.
8.2.3 The guarantee will be rendered invalid if the product is re-sold or has been damaged by an attempted repair.
8.2.4 The manufacturer disclaims any liability for incidental or consequential damages. The guarantee is in addition to and does not diminish your statutory or legal rights.
9.1 We offer delivery by 1st Class post (free service) or by Special Delivery Guaranteed 1pm (chargeable) via Royal Mail, except where we deem delivery by alternative provider necessary. Your order may require a signature upon delivery. If you are not available to accept an order, the standard terms of Royal Mail deliveries will apply. This will usually involve a card being left and your order being delivered to a local post office or attempt at re-delivery. We are unable to track orders sent by a free 1st Class delivery service.
9.2 We process your order as soon as possible and endeavour to do this the same day when received before 2pm Monday to Friday. Orders received between 2pm Friday & midnight Sunday will be dispatched on the following Monday. On rare occasions, an item may be out of stock or unavailable and can take longer than the stated delivery time. In this case we will attempt to contact you to inform you of delays. We are unable to give exact delivery dates except where Next Day delivery services have been purchased within the correct terms and in which case the liability will then fall with Royal Mail who provide the service.
9.3 Most orders are sent via Royal Mail. Once the items have been dispatched from us we hold no liability for damage, loss or delay. If Next Day delivery has been paid for then we will put in a claim for any damage, loss or delay for you.
9.4 We accept no liability if incorrect address details given with your order lead to loss, delay or non-delivery. Please ensure you provide the correct details when ordering.
9.5 You may contact us to request dispatch of your order at a later date and we will endeavour to meet your requirements.

9.7 If the value of your order is above £70, you will likely be asked to sign for the goods received. If the package does not appear to be in good condition or items have been damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can put in a claim with the delivery provider.
9.8 Please open all boxes or parcels as soon as they arrive, you have 14 days to notify OK CBD of any damage, shortages or incorrect items seemingly not caused by delivery. If we are not notified of damage, shortages or incorrect items within this time, you agree to indemnify OK CBD in full against any losses we suffer as a result of your failure to notify us within 14 days.

10.1 The Buyer shall be deemed to have accepted Goods 24 hours after collection or delivery to the Buyer (unless the Buyer is a Buyer defined in condition 11).
10.2 After acceptance the Buyer shall not be entitled to reject Goods which are not in accordance with the contract.
11.1 Title shall pass on delivery/collection of the Goods.
11.2 Risk shall pass on delivery/collection of the Goods.
12. Remedies of the Buyer
12.1 Where the Buyer rejects any Goods (where the Buyer is entitled to reject the Goods) the Buyer shall have no further rights whatsoever in respect of the supply to the Buyer of such Goods or the failure by OK CBD to supply Goods which conform to the contract of sale.
12.2 Where the Buyer accepts or has been deemed to have accepted any Goods then OK CBD shall have no liability to the Buyer in respect of those Goods.
12.3 OK CBD shall not be liable to the Buyer for late delivery of the Goods.
12.4 OK CBD shall be under no liability whatsoever to the Buyer for any indirect loss and/or expense (including loss of profit) suffered by the Buyer arising out of a breach by OK CBD of this contract.
12.5 In the event of any breach of this contract by OK CBD the remedies of the Buyer shall be limited to damages. Under no circumstances shall the liability of OK CBD exceed the Price of the Goods.
13.1 The Buyer acknowledges that OK CBD is simply a supplier of Goods and any application of the Goods is the sole responsibility of the Buyer.
14.1 The following cancellation terms apply under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2014. These regulations apply to contracts of sale entered into on or after 13th June 2014.
Should you wish to cancel your contract of sale with OK CBD, you have 14 days from the day after you receive the Goods to inform us of your decision to cancel. You should download and complete a cancellation form which can be downloaded here. You then have a further 14 days within which to return the goods to us in their original unopened, unused condition.
14.2 In the event of cancelling the contact, you, the Buyer, will be liable for paying the costs of returning the goods to us and must obtain proof of postage.
14.3 On receipt of the returned Goods and provided they are in an opened, unused condition, you will be refunded the full value of the order, including basic postage charges, less any costs incurred for recovering the goods should these apply. Your refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned Goods.
14.4 Where you have purchased additional delivery services (e.g. Next Day delivery), the additional delivery costs will not be refunded.
15.1 To ensure that complaints can be investigated and resolved quickly and satisfactorily, OK CBD has a clearly defined procedure for managing customer complaints. Details of this procedure, and what you should do if you would like to make a complaint, are specified below:

A member of our customer service team will investigate and, where possible, aim to resolve the issue directly within 2 working days.
In most cases, no further action should be necessary. However, should a member of the customer service team be unable to resolve the complaint, it will be escalated to a senior member of staff who will respond to you within 2 working days.
Customers who are not satisfied with the resolution or explanation provided may then make a formal written complaint to the Managing Director who will respond within 14 working days of receipt.

16.1 Sales on this website are governed by English law and you agree to submit any dispute to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. All orders are subject to these terms and conditions and no amendments will be accepted by us. These terms and conditions do not affect your legal rights.

By participating in the OK CBD Loyalty Rewards scheme, you agree to be bound by the following terms & conditions.
17.1 Loyalty discounts or points have no monetary value. Any value accrued from the collection of loyalty points is not considered actual currency and may only be applied to orders placed on this Website, where other terms and conditions are met, and where no exclusions apply.
17.2 Points cannot be allocated to other accounts or users
17.3 Loyalty discounts may not be applied with other coupons or discounts
17.4 We reserve the right to change the terms of our loyalty scheme at any time. We will contact customers by email to inform them of any changes at least 2 working days prior to them taking effect.
